Advance project information helps us plan travel and inspection more efficiently.
Residential Projects
When requesting residential service, provide:
- property address;
- roof material if known;
- approximate roof age if known;
- description of the problem;
- photographs where safely available.
This information helps determine whether the visit is likely to involve shingle repair, metal roofing, storm inspection or replacement planning.
Commercial Projects
For commercial properties, also include:
- approximate building size;
- roof system if known;
- number and location of interior leaks;
- whether rooftop equipment is present.
Large commercial roofs often require a different inspection plan from residential work.
Roof Repair
Localized flashing, penetration, shingle and metal-roof problems may be repairable when the surrounding roofing remains suitable.
The inspection determines whether repair is still practical.
Replacement
Replacement projects can often justify travel more easily because the project scope is known in advance.
Roof measurements, material and access should be discussed before scheduling.
